3. Global Privacy Controls (GPC)
IntelaMetrix honors Global Privacy Controls (GPC) — a browser-level signal that communicates your Do Not Sell or Share preference automatically. If your browser transmits a GPC signal when you visit our website, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for analytics and marketing cookies, consistent with your rights under the CCPA / CPRA and other applicable state privacy laws. You will not be required to separately submit a manual opt-out request.
Other than GPC, we do not currently recognize or respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals transmitted by web browsers, as there is no consistent industry standard for DNT compliance.
