IntelaMetrix Holdings, Inc. ("IntelaMetrix," "BodyMetrix," or "the Company") is committed to honoring your privacy rights. Use this form to submit a request under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) or other applicable state privacy laws.
Who Can Submit a Request
This form is available to residents of states with active consumer privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia. We will verify your identity before processing any request. Responses are delivered within 45 days; we may extend by an additional 45 days with prior written notice.

Important — Active Subscriptions
Deletion requests cannot be processed while you hold an active paid subscription. Your subscription must be cancelled and your final billing date must have passed before deletion can proceed. If you have already cancelled your subscription and your final billing date has passed, you may submit your request below.

Identity Verification
We are required to verify your identity before processing your request. We will match at least two data points against our records — such as your name, email address, mailing address, or order number. If we cannot verify your identity, we will contact you with instructions. We may need you to verify your identity directly with us even if you are submitting through an authorized agent.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us before processing the request.
Response Timeline
- Acknowledgment: Within 10 business days of receipt
- Full response: Within 45 calendar days
- Extension: We may extend by up to 45 additional days with written notice
- Opt-out requests: Processed within 15 business days
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. No fee is charged unless a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
