BodyMetrix stands behind the platform. Providers have 30 days from device activation to return the device and cancel their subscription for a full refund,

 

To qualify: The BodyMetrix Device must be returned in original condition with all original packaging and documentation. The account must be cancelled within 30 days of activation. Return shipping is at the provider's expense. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of device receipt and account closure confirmation.

 

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the Provider and Youth Sports Compliance subscription tiers only. It does not apply to the BodyMetrix Ultrasound Gel subscription.

Use the return link in your purchase confirmation email to initiate a return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of device activation.

 

Returns that do not meet the following conditions will not be accepted:

 

Device must be in original condition. All original packaging must be included. All documentation must be included. Account cancellation must be confirmed before or at the time of return initiation.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days of device receipt and account closure confirmation. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

 

If your BodyMetrix Device qualifies for replacement under the Standard Hardware Warranty or the Enhanced Lifetime Warranty, BodyMetrix covers inbound and outbound shipping for warranty replacements within North America. No shipping costs are charged to the provider for a valid warranty replacement claim.

 

For warranty replacements, the defective device must be returned to BodyMetrix within 30 days of receiving the replacement. Failure to return the defective device will result in an invoice for the full replacement device price at the then-current published rate.

 

Full warranty terms are governed by the BodyMetrix Master EULA.

 

 

Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term are not prorated. No refunds are available after 30 days from device activation. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, it does not entitle the provider to a refund of fees already paid.

 

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and follow the cancellation steps in account settings or contact support.

 

Full cancellation and termination terms are governed by the BodyMetrix Master EULA.

 

 

BodyMetrix Ultrasound Gel is not eligible for return. If your gel arrives damaged or defective, contact BodyMetrix Support within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement.

 

The BodyMetrix Ultrasound Gel subscription is a separate recurring charge from your BodyMetrix platform subscription. Both are managed independently through your account.

 

 

BodyMetrix offers a 30-day money-back guarantee and a straightforward return process. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a material breach of the BodyMetrix Master EULA and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

 

 

BodyMetrix is available in North America at launch. International sales are handled through our authorized distributor network.
